Ingredients

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil or a neutral oil like avocado oil
  • 1–2 tablespoons Honey use more or less to taste
  • ½ tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • In a medium jar or bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Whisk or blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Slowly stream in the olive oil while stirring vigorously with a fork or small whisk until fully incorporated.
  • Taste and adjust—add more honey for sweetness, vinegar for tang, or salt to balance the flavors.
  • Close the jar or transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  • Shake or stir well before serving.
  • Serving: Perfect on a simple salad, as a vegetable dip, or as a burger or sandwich spread.
