Ingredients

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream
  • ¼ cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 1–3 tablespoons Whole Milk add more or less depending on how thick you like it
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt plus more if needed at the end
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions

  • Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and crumbled blue cheese in a jar or medium bowl.
  • Add the milk, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well using a large fork or small whisk until everything is fully combined.
  • For a thinner dressing, add milk a teaspoon at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
  • For a chunkier texture, leave some blue cheese crumbles intact; for a smoother dressing, mash the cheese into the mixture to break them down.
  • Cover the container tightly and refrigerate for at least 20–30 minutes to let the flavors come together. Stir well before serving.
  • Serve the blue cheese as a dip for chicken wings, chips, pretzels, or vegetables. Or go the traditional route with a green salad or classic wedge salad.
