Taste and adjust sweetness, spice, or salt as needed.

When ready to use, stir well, as slight separation may occur.
Notes
Suggested Uses: as a spread for sandwiches, burgers, or wraps; a dip for fries, chips, veggies, or party appetizers like empanadas and chicken tenders; or a drizzle for tacos, burritos, grilled chicken, or shrimp. You can use low-fat mayo or sour cream, but the sauce will be slightly thinner.Dijon mustard can be used instead of yellow mustard for a slightly sharper flavor. For presentation, garnish with a sprinkle of paprika or chili powder, fresh parsley, and lime wedges.
