Easy Turkey Salisbury Steaks

Ingredients Turkey Patties and Mushroom Gravy

Combine the meat with the spices and condiments. Shape into elongated patties.

Cook the turkey patties in a non-stick skillet for 2-3 minutes per side to brown.

Remove the patties, melt the butter, and add the onions and mushrooms.

Cook them gently for 4-5 minutes until the onions start to soften.

Add the flour and cook 1-2 minutes while stirring.

Add the broth, stir well. Add the patties back in, cover and cook for 20 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
