In this easy and delicious recipe, Italian sausage is baked on a sheet pan with seasoned potatoes and onions.

Italian sausage, small red potatoes, onion, olive oil, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme, garlic powder, salt, black pepper


Chop the fresh rosemary and thyme. Gently scrub, wash, dry, and cut the potatoes in halves or quarters.

Cut a medium onion into 8 pieces and measure out the salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and olive oil.

Combine the potatoes, onions, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, rosemary, thyme, and black pepper.

Prep the herbed potatoes

Arrange the sausage on a greased baking sheet leaving space between them. Arrange the potato and onion mixture around the sausages.

Roast the sausage and potatoes for 20 minutes. Flip each and cook an additional 15-20 minutes or until the Italian sausage has a golden-brown color.

Preheat the oven to 400°F

Take the internal temperature of at least two links. Make  sure they are 160°F. If it’s not, continue baking for 5-10 minutes and test again.
