Mini Corned Beef Sandwiches

These corned beef sliders will make a delicious addition to your St. Patrick’s Day celebration, game-day spread, or any party appetizer table.


Whether you go with homemade or store-bought corned beef slice it thin. Cut away any large, fatty pieces.


Spread dijon mustard and russian dressing on the bread. Then layer the corned beef, cheese, and sauerkraut. Close the sandwich.


Bake at 250°F for 10 minutes until the cheese is slightly melted. Then, brush lightly with butter and bake 1-3 minutes. Cut the sliders into individual pieces.


Secure the sandwiches with a toothpick if desired. Arrange on a platter or board, serve with a dill pickles, if desired.

Recipe Tip If you are starting out with rolls that are joined together slice them in the center without separating them first. This will make it even easier to build the sliders.
