ROASTED BROCCOLI

This roasted broccoli recipe is an easy and delicious way to incorporate some vegetables into a quick weeknight dinner. It’s made with just a handful of ingredients and is simple to put together.

Ingredients

Broccoli Florets, extra virgin olive oil, salt, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, grated parmesan cheese

Add the olive oil, salt, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper to a small bowl. Stir well.

Place the broccoli in a large bowl. Add the prepared olive oil to the broccoli and toss to coat the florets well.

Arrange the broccoli on the baking sheet, keep the larger pieces towards the edges and the smaller pieces in the center of the pan.

Roast at 400°F for 12-15 minutes or until they are golden in spots .Sprinkle with parmesan. Roast another 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts.

Garnish the broccoli with extra parmesan cheese, if desired, and serve with lemon wedges. Enjoy.
