In this recipe, onions and garlic are gently sautéed in butter. Then fresh green beans and crispy bacon are added and cooked in a little beef broth.

Cook the onions in butter for 3 min. Add the garlic, cook 1 min. Add the green beans, bacon, salt, pepper.

Add the broth. Bring it to a boil, then lower the heat, cover and simmer for 5-8 min. until the green beans reach the desired tenderness.
